Collections Operations Associate
* 6-Month Contract
* Hybrid in Dublin
* Salary: €43,000 per annum
* 37.5-hour working week
We are partnering with one of the world's leading technology companies to recruit a Collections Operations Associate to join their Finance Operations team in Dublin.

You'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, resolving payment disputes and working closely with Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams to ensure timely payment and account accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage outstanding invoices and overdue customer accounts
- Resolve customer payment disputes efficiently
- Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies
- Review account adjustments and write-offs where appropriate
- Monitor ageing reports and prioritise collection activities
- Escalate complex collection issues when required
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and collection notes
- Support month-end reconciliation activities
- Deliver excellent customer service while protecting commercial relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections
- Experience managing high-volume B2B customer accounts
- Strong account reconciliation skills
- Experience resolving customer payment disputes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical approach to problem solving
