Chief Operating Officer

Dublin | Executive Leadership Opportunity

Our client is one of Ireland's most recognised hospitality and foodservice brands, operating a substantial multi-site network across Ireland and the UK.

Following a planned leadership succession, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Chief Operating Officer to join the executive leadership team and play a defining role in the next phase of the company's growth and evolution.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will lead operational performance across a large company-owned estate, driving customer experience, commercial performance, leadership capability and operational excellence at scale.

This is a rare opportunity to join an established, successful and highly respected consumer brand with ambitious growth plans, a strong culture and a long-tenured leadership team.

The Role

The COO will have responsibility for:

  • Leading and optimising multi-site operations across a significant store network
  • Driving operational excellence, consistency and customer experience
  • Delivering strong commercial performance and operational profitability
  • Developing high-performing operational leadership teams
  • Building capability, accountability and succession throughout the organisation
  • Enhancing operational systems, reporting and performance visibility
  • Driving continuous improvement across people, process and operational execution
  • Partnering with the CEO and executive team to support future growth and strategic initiatives

The Person

We are interested in speaking with accomplished operational leaders who bring:

  • Significant multi-site leadership experience within hospitality, coffee, QSR, foodservice, contract catering or customer-facing consumer businesses
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including responsibility for multi-unit P&L performance
  • A track record of improving operational performance, consistency and scalability
  • Experience leading through Regional, Area or Multi-Site Management structures
  • The ability to build high-performing teams and strong operational cultures
  • Executive presence, credibility and the ability to influence at senior leadership level

While previous COO experience would be advantageous, we are equally interested in ambitious Operations Directors, Heads of Operations and senior operational leaders who are already operating at executive level and are ready to step into a broader leadership role.

The Opportunity

This appointment offers the opportunity to:

  • Join a recognised market-leading brand
  • Shape the future direction of a growing business
  • Work alongside an experienced and highly regarded executive team
  • Drive meaningful operational and commercial impact
  • Lead organisational growth, performance and continuous improvement
  • Play a key role in the next chapter of a highly successful business

An executive-level remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.

All enquiries and applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
