Business Operations Analyst (Business Systems & FinOps)
- 6 Month Contract
- Hybrid - 3 Days Per Week in Dublin
- €68,000 per year
We're hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join one of the world's leading technology companies on a high-profile programme supporting global commercial operations.
This role sits within a FinOps organisation where you'll become the operational bridge between internal sales teams and external vendors, helping resolve complex operational issues while driving service improvements through data, process optimisation and business analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with stakeholders across multiple functions and using data to improve business performance.
What you'll be doing
- Manage complex operational cases from investigation through to resolution.
- Analyse operational issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Work closely with vendor partners and internal commercial teams.
- Build new workflows, documentation and operational processes that improve service delivery.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and business insights.
- Produce dashboards, reports and business recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business operations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
- Help define business metrics and reporting.
- Support strategic operational projects across the organisation.
What we're looking for
- Experience within Business Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations or Business Systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a case management or operational support environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Vendor or partner management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, ERP or billing systems.
- SQL knowledge (or willingness to develop it quickly).
- Experience creating dashboards and operational reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
