Business Analyst - SQL | Global Tech | Case Operations
Not your typical Business Analyst role.
This is for a hands-on, operations-focused BA who's used to owning and resolving complex cases in
a large-scale tech or enterprise environment - not just gathering requirements.
What you'll be doing:
Owning complex case resolution across billing, sales ops, and vendor workflows
Leading root cause analysis (RCA) and fixing recurring issues
Working directly with ERP / billing systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Using SQL/data to investigate issues and track performance
Partnering with sales, vendors, and internal teams to close service gaps
Building workflows and process improvements that scale
What we need (non-negotiable):
Experience in a global tech or enterprise environment
Strong background in case management / service operations
Proven track record of resolving high-volume, complex cases
SQL (or strong data skills)
Experience with ERP / billing systems
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
The details:
€68K salary per year
10-month contract to begin with
Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Central Dublin, DART access)
