Brand Manager – Global Spirits Company

18-month FTC l Salary negotiable l Private health I Pension Plan
Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home – Office is in the heart of Dublin 2.

This opportunity represents an amazing opportunity to work with a stellar portfolio of spirit brands.


Some of what you will do:
 
  • With the support of the Marketing Manager, lead the development of the annual marketing plans for the full portfolio in Ireland.
  • Ensure marketing plans are rooted in clear brand strategy, are consumer and trade
  • focussed and support longer term brand building as well as the shorter-term commercial requirements
  • Be able to make recommendations and improvements to strategy and execution based on
  • consumer dynamics as well as learnings from previous activities
  • Ensure rigorous tracking and monitoring of brand activities to provide learnings and
  • ensure continuous improvement

To make an impact you need to have:
 
  • Experienced brand manager (essential) within alcohol sector (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of marketing strategy, investment planning, trade & consumer
marketing
  • Experience of agency management and significant budgetary responsibility
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Understanding of the spirits market and route to market in Ireland
