Some of what you will do:
- Local statutory report, financial statements, policy, integration in a timely manner
- Broad role different aspects, compliance, integration, liquidation activity, hands on role
To make an impact you need to have:
• Financial Statements UK and internationally, M&A exposure in projects in liquidation, VAT
• US GAAP and great if you have UK GAAP too, local compliance
• ACA preferrable, but also strong performance from ACCA/CIMA we would open to see that
? Strong Stakeholder Management, cross functionally, internationally
? 2 years’ experience post qualification
