About Ananya

​Hi, I’m Ananya, an IT recruitment consultant at Principle. I’m passionate about recruitment and people, and I specialise in supporting technology hiring across Ireland, the UK and EMEA.

I bring experience across recruitment, talent acquisition and HR, with a background supporting technology, life sciences and public sector recruitment. I’ve worked across the full recruitment process, including candidate screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding, and have supported global organisations including Google via Adecco and Microsoft.

I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management from Trinity Business School and I’m an Associate Member of the CIPD. I recruit for a range of IT and technology roles, including software engineering, IT support, project and programme management, technical operations, QA, infrastructure, business analysis and related technology functions.
